Is this HaLeigh Cummings?

In September of 2013 Timothy Holmseth sent the following photos to the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI. The photo was also submitted to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office in Florida, as well as the Polk County Sheriff's Office in Minnesota.
The photographs were submitted to Write Into Action by an independent researcher that came across the pictures on a Facebook page operated by a relative of HaLeigh's maternal grandfather, Johnny Sheffield.
There is still an Amber Alert for HaLeigh and the Jacksonville FBI and Putnam County Sheriff's Office both actively seek information regarding her whereabouts.
